CTF DECODED

The CTF Decoded workshop, held on June 3rd, 2024, was an exciting and immersive session designed to introduce students to the world of Capture the Flag (CTF) competitions. Organized by the RVCE ACM Student Chapter in collaboration with the Accelerate Club, the event aimed to provide hands-on experience in cybersecurity challenges, helping students develop essential skills to tackle real-world cyber threats.

- picoCTF – A beginner-friendly platform for learning hacking techniques.
- Gobuster – A powerful tool used for directory brute-forcing and information gathering.
- TryHackMe – A cybersecurity training platform offering interactive challenges.
- Guidance on participating in CTFs – Tips on getting started, common strategies, and useful resources.
Speakers and Interactive Sessions
The workshop was conducted by expert speakers from both RVCE and the Accelerate Club, who shared their knowledge on ethical hacking, penetration testing, and competitive cybersecurity.
